Rick and Josie are very responsive and attentive not only before hiring them but throughout the entire project. It goes without saying that the end product exceeded our expectations and within a reasonable price.

We went back and forth about transitions and time to start and they accommodated a last-minute early start for me! Definitely recommend Caliber Flooring Solutions. I bought my own tile, but Rick and Josie were very accommodating in providing a high-level quote via Yelp. He came and provided a formal estimate, and pricing is reasonable (you get what you pay for).

The whole process took just over a week. Rick and his team did quality work and we're very pleased with the outcome. Rick was very thorough and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop on every single detail. He even pointed out what he felt were slight imperfections and immediately fixed them.

If you're shopping quotes, just have Rick come out, and you will immediately get a solid vibe. Recommend x1000!

Oh boy. Here we go again. Need renovations done to my property, but hate dealing with researching, interviewing, and finding quality contractors. Thankfully, Caliber was one of 3 companies that responded to my RFP. What stood out was Rick's genuine passion about his work. Instead of responding with 1 sentence responses or spitting out a number, Rick insisted on seeing the place to get measurements, show me samples, and provide a better estimate.

He took the time out to explain the different products, listen to our vision, and make recommendations. I came in looking for engineered wood floor, but ended up going with his recommendation and went with a Vinyl flooring by Paradigm. Best decision ever.

The flooring came out beautifully and was nice a sturdy to walk on. It felt glued on to the floor and won't have any air bubbles or pockets. Rick explained that most contractors skip a crucial step of leveling the floors, which is what causes a lot of the uneven flooring.

In the bedrooms, we opt'ed to go with carpeting. Rick suggested we go with the upgraded memory foam pad and a shorter hair carpet. The carpet feels nice and plush and the short hair makes the cleaning more manageable.

Pricing was very good and the time to install was about one week. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do flooring.

Rick and Josie are great! We were shopping for different materials and different price ranges, and they were very patient and knowledgeable walking us through the options. They came over to our place for measurements and we also ended up going to their office to see samples. The installation was smooth and they checked in with us everyday.

Few months after the install, we needed a small touch up on an area, and Rick was able to come out and fix everything right up even during the holidays.

Rick knows floors. We had the entire first floor replaced with gorgeous laminate, water & scratch proof floors.

What needs to be mentioned are the things folks today don't think of in addition to price and quality of product/install. Raul and Luis are extremely meticulous, courteous, leaves our home clean after each working day, shows up on time, and end of the day showed the level of care you expect but don't always receive from those who work on our homes. We were so pleased by how professional and friendly the guys are but again most notable was their quality of work. Additionally, Rick and Josie would check in daily and gave us updates each step of the way. Everyone showed up with masks and that was very appreciated. End of the day the project was completed on time and totally transformed our home. We've already recommended several neighbors, relatives and coworkers to Caliber and would not hesitate to recommend or hire Rick and team again if we ever had another flooring project.

It feels great to walk on. i highly recommend Caliber.t to get new carpet when it was the beginning of the swim season. So we put it off for way to long. Rich was great not only did they honor the pricing from a year ago he worked with our busy schedules.
